Project Details
Description
This project aims to establish the correlation between foot tapping and gait variability, hypothesizing a positive and significant relationship. Additionally, it aims to investigate the effects of a fractal-based foot tapping program on gait variability in frail older adults, anticipating significant gait variability improvements. This research holds promise for developing accessible interventions to enhance gait variability in older adults who may not qualify for traditional approaches.
