Project Details

Description

The goal of this study is to characterize a set of dimensions
organizing the lifestyles and well-being perceptions of the elderly
population in Almada, specifically elderly people living alone. This
characterization follows the analytical framework and dimensions
established in a previous study, conducted a decade ago (2013),
in order to allow for a comparative analysis of their results. In that
way, this study seeks to evaluate whether the indicators for those
dimensions have remained stable, while providing relevant
information for the design of local policies promoting wellness in
old age.
