Abstract
This is a case report of a 29 year old white female patient with Kikuchi's disease, presenting fever, poliarthritis, lymph gland enlargement, anemia, leucopenia with a relative lymphocytosis, altered liver function tests and circulating immune-complexes. A literature review is made with emphasis on the etiology, clinical course and pathogenesis of this illness.
