Description
FLYWASTE integrates waste management with food safety and
environmental sustainability, being committed to i) identify UOW
collection systems that can allow the use of UOW as insect production
substrates, and ii) evaluate risk of using this insect products along the
value chain (organic fertilizer and fish feed).
