By examining and studying several articles about vitamin D's role in various structures of the body including the mouth and teeth, the impacts of its deficiency in the occurrence of the disease, and the utilization of its supplements in disease recovery, it concludes that this vitamin plays a prominent role in the mouth and teeth health and it has an immune system. Although there were conflicting findings about the impact of vitamin D on external root resorption in Sjogren's syndrome and orthodontics. Therefore, clinical trial research is necessary to confirm the hypotheses.
